It is day 2 of Spring Break and we are really enjoying ourselves!
We had to go to Primrose for a couple of hours today because I volunteered to help with a field trip. As we walked inside Luke got really excited and started flapping his arms up and down, then squealing. That is the best feeling as a mom, to know that your baby is well taken care of when you aren't around! BTW they fed him ravioli for lunch and yet again he was so filthy his teacher captured in with a camera...I don't have that picture though. When I went to pick him up he was hanging out in the hallway with my friend/co-worker Amy. No wonder he loves Primrose so much he is spoiled by everyone who works there.
We have soooo many pictures saved to our computer I am starting a new feature on the blog and it is called RANDOM PICTURE TIME! Here is the first installment...
This is Todd on his 27th birthday I believe. I tried to make it a surprise party at La Hacienda Ranch but he ended up seeing the Evite and knew all along. It was a fun time as you can see by his expression and festive hat.
This tiny picture is Kona chewing on mulch (not the deadly Cocoa Mulch from Target) and Luke eating ice as we played outside today.
Here is Luke playing with the bowl of ice water I brought outside for him. It is really warm here today and I thought he would have fun grabbing the ice out of the bowl, but instead he dumped it over in 2 seconds flat and sucked on the ice cubes that fell on the ground. Motherhood is such a learning experience. I don't think one day has gone by that I haven't learned something new.
