Christmas x 3

Luke seemed to enjoy his first holiday season and was a professional at eating paper, boxes, and bows by the 3rd round of opening presents. Thanks to everyone who helped make this such a wonderful holiday season for our family. Whether you cooked for us, babysat, sent a present or holiday card, we appreciate you and hope you had a fabulous Christmas too!

I also want to thank Todd for all that he does for our family everyday. Besides being a great dad and husband, he didn't complain during our marathon 6 hour Christmas shopping trip (his eyes did actually glaze over around the 4th hour but he kept on trucking) or our 3 night road trip to Indiana. We were gone a total of 68 hours (26 of those were spent in the car with an 8 month old). You're # 1!

Now on to the pictures---

Christmas (Eve) #1 at Grandma and Grandpa Brumleve's House. We had to wait for Luke's Uncle Brian to get off of work and drive 2 hours before the grown ups opened presents. Luke stayed up as long as he could but finally crashed out. Here he is early in the evening getting ready to open his stocking.

This is Brian and Luke just before we left for the night. We had to wake up the little man and he got to say hi to his uncle.

Special Uncle Brian got some new pants.
Lima and Dixie got the most enormous bone known to man and they had to share it. How disgusting...and awesome.

I have always wanted one of these!

Christmas (Day) #2 at home. We started our Ragas family tradition of Christmas morning at home this year! Todd and I got up before Luke and opened our gifts to each other (spa day here I come!) After the little guy got up he "helped" open his gifts and tasted everyone of them. The jingle bells were an especially delicious treat from the Brumleve's in Indianapolis.

This is blurry but I had to include it. Here is Luke being attacked by a stuffed animal bear from the Ragas' in California and some tissue paper. He was having so much fun.
Holiday version of "Where's Waldo." Can you say spoiled baby?

Playing with his gifts from Santa.

Christmas (Day) #3 at Grandma and Grandpa Simm's House. After the morning at home we packed up and headed to Keller for more Christmas fun. Luke fell asleep and missed the kid portion of the madness... I mean unwrapping. Here you can see just Avri and Raymond's stacks of presents with Grandma Judy helping out.

After Little Man finally woke up Todd and Avri helped him open his presents. She is such a sweetie with Luke. So helpful and loving, just like her mom. Luke loves her too, in every picture he is touching her. I think it is the snazzy lipstick.

Eating some broccoli cheese soup from Jason's Deli, yummy!! And none got on the floor... we swear.

Luke with his Great Uncle Bruce and Great Aunt Debbie. He was showing her how calming it can be to suck on his fingers. That's Luke, always a giver.

The 3 Christmas Musketeers. Luke loves to hang out with the big kids.
