Sibling Rivalry at Christmas

Last weekend we actually got most of our holiday shopping done! It took Luke about a day to realize there were all these wonderful shiny bows and colorful presents under the tree. I tried to put him in front of the tree to get some pictures and this is what happened...

How can anyone look so serious with a giant red bow stuck to their head?

Luke was totally freaking Kona out by getting into the presents she also wasn't too keen on wearing a silver bow on her head. That is why she is acting very aloof in the background.

At least I got one picture of what I intended.

Kona does not approve of Luke getting into the gifts early. She knows that is against the rules and I think she is worried that he was getting too close to her wrapped bone. Eventually she gave up and moved on. Notice the strong adhesion of the bow to Luke's head. Don't worry it didn't take any hair with it.
